In my limited experience. A Domestic Dishwasher with no water recycling like which is offered on some of the newer high priced models works a treat. Clearly this is batch. Inline filtering of the water supply is a good ideal. There are several ways o

I hate to say this but in all probability this wont work. I have built real strain gages and they depend on the change(Co-effiecent) of resistence with strain(or Stretch). since you are connecting you elements up with copper wire it will frm part of

Damn near impossible. You need to see a real change in the difference between the 2 elements you are reading. So to give yourself any hope run 2 long traces one top one bottom up the length of the board. Then compare to 2 wriggly traces at one end (o

WEll unfortunately I know the answer to your dilemma all too well and I will make it easy for you. The Koh Young takes a miracle to program and the Mirtec has a superior software and 3D system when you have the MV9 system. Just to day I was measuring

Hello, I can give you some information: 1. After uploading of the gerber you have to go to the firs point from where you have to measure and pres "S" if you want the center automatically. After that pres the "zero user" button so you can null there.

Very interesting pictures. It shows paste height of 200um - which is at lest 6mil stencil deposit. That on the other hand posts another question. Can you measure the ground pad level in relation to the solder mask level with the SPI? I had assemblies

I am working on a magnetic sensors design and noticed that my measured magnetic field bias shifts over time. I have studied the bare PCB and measured that it can be magnetized with a strong magnet. I tested two blank (unpopulated PCBS). The first PC

Have you got a circuit diagram for your driver board? If not measure your driver into a resistive load and look for differences in current flow voltage drops under load dried out caps. Dead current measuring circuits etc. If you see an IC, look it up

To perform conformal coating of PCBs in high power electronics applications follow IPC-A-600F and IPC-CC-830B conformal coating standards. This standard enlists several performance criteria. Additionally, this standard is considered as a good referen

The software is crazy expensive for some of this stuff and in many cases you could develop the bits of it you actually use in-house for a fraction of the cost. Unless you are a company who really like this level of process control and you run multip
