Test Resistance to ECM shall be 65C +- 2C @ 88.5% +- 3.5% All SIR Measurements shall not exceed 100 MOhm. I am not sure of voltage.

I used this for a couple of weeks some years ago, I was able to detect some issues whith some stenciles, but I did not use it for a long time, it may help you.

Manoel, We have never heard of such a request from a customer. I can't say that we have ever had issues with stencil tension unless we were using frameless foils or the binding came loose.

It will not easy to measure solderability on PCB pad. Any metal tends to oxidize with time and temperature. Make sure your storage of the PCB is accordance to supplier recommended specification.

If looks were the measure, we'd say, "Hail yes, it looks like black pad." The determination of black pad or not is best done in a laboratory.

Hi Bert, For your second issue, are the tools well lubricated? If not the Midas head can fail to grab the tool and can generate the z motor error. Doing this followed by a base-centre level measurement should resolve your problem. Steve

7mm FOV with graduations of 0.05mm. They'll cost around $100 - $150. Fun for measuring other "stuff" as well. Enjoy yourself amigo and you're right, printin' is REAL important.

3-5% is extremely high. Think of that in terms of DPMO. 5% fallout would be a 50000 DPMO. That's not acceptable for most people.
