Hi Mike, What type of component you have the problem? For a quick refernce you have two points for the ideal dot: 1- Dot size = 2/3 of area of glue (pad to pad) 2- Dot height = pad thickness + component stand off

Justin, You might want to look at the McDry storage cabinets, you can see them at http://www.seikausa.com. They are also carried by Metal Etching Technology in NJ at 609-261-2670. Not pass-through, but a variety of sizes and 3 different RH levels. M

If you go with tabs/mouse bites, both FKN and Cab make simple pneumatic shears for removing the tabs. For low to moderate volumes, they're very cost effective. MikeMcM
