The consumables monitoring option totally disappeared from one of our printers. It used to show the level of paste, paper and solvent and now that window is totally black. I was wondering how we could get that option back onto the monitor. Thanks in

Thank you for the response. It is strange that the TTG & BTG option is available on our other DEK but is not in this particular DEK. Both machines have the same software and version.

Hi you need to dip long enough for the temperature of the part being soldered to reach about 20 degrees above liquidus of the solder. For the small parts we dip solder we had Sn62 and SAC387 baths set to 250 degrees and this seems to work best for us

Don't forget the monitor's. There are only two ways to get out of this problem, if the monitor get's magnetizised: 1. Replace the monitor. 2. Turn in the monitor to a Tv-repairman that can do a de-magnetizing of the monitor.

Does anyone know of an alternate source or a monitor that can be used in place of the old Mitsubishi monitors. Surely there is a newer replacement. Universal/Sanyo wants about $8k for these. The monitor that is in there now is a Mitsubishi XC-1498

we are using MCS30 for fuji line. Now monitor is giving some problem. we can not replace it with normal monitor. this monitor is with key board. any solution to connnect with normal monitor ? ajay
