Then your profile is way off. You need a t-couple mounted under the BGA on one of the center balls to measure correctly.

Check the fuses on the quad align card. There are 2 on each card. They are surface mount type. Typically one of these have blown. Good luck

Sounds to me like your printer not releasing paste now and again. How can you be sure that you are not getting print skips. Are you using any kind on AOI?
