The camera is probably clipping the top of your board when it is reading fids. This causes the motor to lose steps. Manually load a board to vision height and drive the camera over the board to check for clearance issues.

We use both The pin placement works fine for the mpm. If its a dense board you have to to some double checking on the initial set up. On the dek we use Grid lock. For us its toss up which is better they both work.

Thanks all for the input. We've been to both DEK and MpM for demos and seen the grid-loc in action. Think we'll probably go with that along with our h-towers and dedicated tooling.

Hi i have an Accuflex and i enter ones with a pasword to windows, then we writte it down on the equipment and we paint it so we lose the pasword any idea hoy to enter to windows?

hi, The 2D uses gray scale analysis to calculate area coverage of paste on the pad. Off-line programming was offered via CircuitCAM from Aegis.

Sounds like you have detent option enabled. Check to make sure that your board X and Y dimensions are correct.

MPM HiE passwords

I'm trying to get into the Calibration section of the machine and don't know the password. I'm would believe it's still the Default password since the maintenance mode is still the Default password "SVC".

Thanks MPMENG. Our software is 8.3.3. Has anyone converted to XP (from NT)? What obstacles exist to do this? We'd like the printer on our internal network, where security patches can be applied to the OS.
