Just to clarify, you are talking about the inner black box not driving down and not the pneumatic function that brings the tactile assembly closer to the stencil? Sometimes the pneumatic shafts get slightly bent and the assembly will not retract. T

| Thanks Earl for your insight! I sometimes feel conspicuous as one of the few women I've seen frequenting this board, but everyone's been helpful and has resisted the overwhelming temptation to pat me on the head. | | From what you and some of the

MPM AP25/HiE, side snuggers

Electronics Forum | Mon Mar 05 14:44:51 EST 2007 | daxman

Hey, I've seen a lot of AP25's with snuggers. I don't know if they all came with the pneumatics or not..but if you have the snugger reg. guage, just underneath the Z table, you should be okay. The fellas at goppm (www.goppm.com) have a lot of knowl

We have 3 of them. E5 (2000), X5 (2006), X4 Proffessional (2012). All of them can handle our requirements, even E5 have the requested accuracy. X5 have disk PCB clamping which really nice for the operators and X4Prof have SPS (3-stage) witch pneumati

Sounds to me like the driver for the tactile is not working. The tactile has three components to it. The first is the switch, the second is the pneumatic up/down actuator and the third is a small motor in the tactile assembly. The motor has a driv

Hey Guys, I checked the histogram...it doesn't look good. I'm assuming the graph for the black bars has to be in the green on the left and the graph for the white card needs to be in the green on the right?? Anyways, I can't find a "GS4 pot" I looke

I have bought an old SP-2400 screen printer, very cheap. I have "repaired" it from my best knowledge, replaced all pneumatic tubes that were in bad shape, replaced some logic in the "controller", and changed it from 110v operation to 220v. Well, to
