Thanks Rob So if it is only up to feeder space and fast and easy feeder loading mechanism, then surely most brands with feeder exchange carts will be equally fast or even better when changing over, provided you have a sufficient number of exchange f

How reliable are TM feeders for 0402 placements? I have a board with 2000+ 0402s that I need to run daily. I don't need agilis feeders for change overs as we use less than 50 feeders total.

Please help.. I have seen somewhere a method of placing 0402 part using Mydata machine with standard 8 mm feeder, but I can not find it now. Does any one know how to place 0402 part with 8 mm feeder without loosing every other part? Thanks for any he
