We have a MyData TP-9-2 with a in line Y wagon. It is a long screw and the vintage is 1994. The Y wagon vibrates at about 24 micrometers at about 25 hertz. Burnin reviels zero encoder pulse errors. Hystersis test indicates a Y axis Y wise varance of

It was apparent to me that because he was looking at a Topaz, not a Topaz X, and a TP, not a My9, that he's looking at older used machines. Is there a used Sony in a similar price range to the other two that will outperform them?

What are you trying to calibrate? I think you mis-typed...there is no W-wagon. I think you meant X-wagon camera. I have never seen one of these go out of cal. Why do you think it needs calibrated ?

We had both a MY15 and a TP11 both with tray wagons and we taped strips to the tray wagon all the time with great success. we used double sided tape, sometimes with magnets, and then created "trays" as if the tape strip was a matrix tray. (1 x 10,15

Is your machine a TP9 2U ? If you have a UFP or a MY series machine this condition usually points towards a bad X-wagon motor.

Replace both of the big X-wagon ribbon cables to start with. You always have to rule those out before looking at anything else.

Hello We work with a TP9-4 and a MY12 both with tray wagons, I like a lot the tray wagon, for big components we use it, but like AVFM we build our own pallets, and some of them were big 3x30 array or even bigger all pallets were done in a ESD mater
