Please describe the problem in a bit more detail like what is the size of the components in both the charges? It is possible that the size is a limitation here. What nozzles are used for all the 8 components in the component information?

Hi Scott, Change the nozzle type to Type 73 for the LEDs and you'll find it's ok. I just tried it and with Type 73 it picked up the Cap and LED in a single shot but with Type 74 it went for 2 charges.

In order to clean the clutches properly, you must disassemble them. Did you do that ? The nozzle holder sensor dogs must be clean and scratch free.

The correct sequence steps should be: 1. tep hold 2-? pick/place/nozzles tep vpass goto 1 This is out of the programming manual.

Are you sure that the parts are bouncing? We had similar problem where diodes were placed very closely and occasionally nozzle pushed already placed part away (due to pick-up tolerance)...

Once you optimize and you go into step program....the nozzles should be assigned to each placement. If it is not doing this....the optimizer is still not working the way that it should.
