out of interest, do you know what the nozzles are made of ? If you could get titanium ones then i would have thought abrasive wear shouldn't be an issue

If you're using a good quality nozzle, you can clean the oxidation off with a wire brush and an emery cloth. Just make sure you re-tin it very well before you use it.

I don't know how in Panasonic - in Yamaha and similar pressure / vacuum is calibrated for each head and nozzle - maybe you need to calibrate?

Not sure what you meant by "PCB move behind the mount". You mean "dropped after it's placed onto the board"? If that's the case you should checks your nozzles first, there might be solder paste on the nozzle.

first, brand new nozzles work good but after a while they also give an error. but later they're not working again. it's like a cycle

Universal does offer replaceable tip nozzles, which is nice, but it seems the 1220 is not considered replaceable for anyone else wondering.
