Hi All I would like to know if there is software available to optimize placement files for Samsung machines. We are currently using the on-line software off-line but combine setups and just plain ordinary setups and optimization are painfully slow.

Not a problem. Install it as PC during the installation. Of course there is the license issue though. The license does not cover an offline PC.

Hi Lupo, Since I am an Orbotech rep, I believe it will be more appropriate if I offer my opinion through an offline discussion. If you're interested, please contact me. Regards Erhan ekaya@kumtek.com

For these type of connectors proper underside board heating, a customized nozzle and careful past printing are the keys to reworking properly. Pls contact BEST Inc at http://www.solder.net offline if you need someone to look at these for you. Regar

"Harry Does Russia"......in a theater near you! Seriously Pavel, Harry is real good on these machines. Why don't you two exchange e-mail addresses...take this off-line and I'm certain he will be able to fix this problem for you.

Most AOI, in-line or off-line, are operated by SMT machine operators. Yes, and how dare they say "..do not feel it is their job". FEEL, are you kidding me. Fire their asses.
