I don't know how in Germany, but in Poland it used to be 220V (380 for 3 phases), now it is 230V (400). Probably, after the change, no one switched the voltage to the trafo in the machine - these are old machines.

Thanks Chris, I will give them a shot. I don't have high hopes. I've tried contacting 5 custom belt makers and none of them have replied back. Guess i'm just small potatoes.

For repair - passive components you can solder with corresponding chemistry. You remove the old part, clean the pad surface. Now you can match component and solder as needed. BGA is more difficult as they already balled the part with certain chemistr

If I was you, I would use solid copper wire and modify the new switch to have contacts same location and size as the old one. Then solder the same spot a s a full replacement.

We still have a lot of parts supplied in stick format for one reason or another and had some old MBF feeders which work great, does anyone know an alternative aside from the vibratory type feeder?
