We use gerber file for pick and place in smt machines, but in aoi we use cad files. Can you please suggest me how to convert gerber file into cad file by using cadEasy software of omron.

Does anyone know of any stateside Training for Omron's VT-Win2? Omron no longer supports the vt-win's and don't even have a machine to use for training. I am in need of advanced training on the color highlight system. Thanks.

Nagesh, I haven't worked with an Omron machine, so I can't comment on that. We use VI and are extremely satisfied with their performance.
