The very first thing is service. The current crop of machines will alleet your needs. They will also need service at some point. Where do you get it? If there are one or two service persons in the US, run, don't walk, away.

Mydata has a guy in Seattle but we have had only one time in five years we had to wait more than a day for sevice and we are in Florida and they are Boston. Most of the time you they can get you back up and running over the phone.

I forgot to add one important thing. What I have been describing is completely machine independant, meaning as long as machine has front feeder line and rear feeder line, it could be optimized.

We have those card rack locally made out of aluminium sheets. Same principle as the one you are using.

Has anyone been able to purchase SMT6000 trays for this Manual Pick & Place machine, both bisected and without a divider. I have only found one vendor and it is impossible to know what the delivery will be. A vendor for the Carousel could be useful
