the txt will go into excel just use the import in excel tab/space delimited. then save under excel.

Okay, that was weird :| I didn't see the forest because of trees! Anyway, that's a step forward though I saw that OrCAD exports in .txt file and not Excel, as I need. Any ways to work around? Again, please be patient with me if, again, I can't see it

@cbart It's a mid-volume product and as I said, there are several boards (slightly different layouts) using the same component. When you say ISI, do you mean connectors? can you give me an example of what you used in the past?

Does anyone have or know of any published guidelines for BGA layout on PWB's so that they can be tested. Specifically using micro vias? If anyone has any input regarding other test considerations for BGA devices I'd like to hear from you as well. W
