One wood agree the offset you are seeing is enormous and probably PCB tooling related. However, if this is ruled out you should have the C-tool to verify your cube alignment. Who knows, maybe your cubes are loose?

We have a MY12 (MYDATA) and wanting to get an IP to place all the big parts i.e BGA, QFP etc..etc.. I have used the Universal GSM1 and like those anything else out there worthy? Todd

I've cut component patterns out of old stencils. Not as good as buying a new mini stencil but still it worked. I guess you can't buy those pre-pasted boards? I've never tried them but they look interesting.

you should be able to work out the resistance of the heater element from the power rating (watts), and the Voltage its working at. then measure the resistance of the element and see if your anywhere near.

CW, make sure your customer is aware of the affect high temp might have on adjacent components on the board. I guess you must have already checked out the rated temperature of all the components on the board

Why is the Setup menu missing in APW that is installed on a PC with a fresh DOS 6.22/Win 3.1 install? I can do nothing and most of the buttons are grayed out.

My memory is failing me Larry but i believe they stay grayed out until you create a board directory or program. Cant remember for sure and dont use it anymore so this is just an educated guess-timation. Bob

I've got some MELF packages that reflow and connect but later fall out of the solder pretty easily. We are not using epoxy but, the parts have fillets per IPC standards. We have not looked at cross-sectioning for IMC and don't plan to at the moment
