Has anyone got any experience of cut-out / break out of PCBs that are flexi-rigid circuits? What tooling / companies are out there that provide solutions, preferably UK based companies.

I should explain that this bake out was performed after population. The solder paste slumped terribly after this bake out. However, after the back out and after reflow, no bridging.

Check out Control Micro Systems based out of Florida. They are solely dedicated to pcb laser etching.
