To save me re-inventing the wheel can anybody tell me an average no of pick-ups that can be expected from a Panasonic MV feeder before Feeder TPM should be carried out. Thankyou.

I have problem with feeder cart.I have no voltage on any of the 17 feeder connectors, and when i insert the cart in the machine i get the message that the cart is not connected. I have a voltage to one separate connector normally.

Are the arms pulling the cart all the way in? Possible part blocking the limit switch. does the cord have power? If I remember correctly, we once had to adjust the mechanical stops on one of ours so it would make the switch.
