What you are asking is not practical. ALL parameters in the part data are key. When parts get rejected, there is an error code generated at the machine. You need training and this is not something that is quick and easy if you have no experience.

Check out the set up of Depanelizer. Try to cut at slower speed & check the blades to make sure it is not time to resharp the blades. If all this parameters OK I would sustect lamination process of board house.

The only reason you would need to run this calibration is if the camera was replaced or the centering camera got whacked which is highly unlikely. If your placements are off, put an offset in the parameter file.

Go onto the Yahoo Picknplace group and ask there for a copy of these files. They will then need to be modified to reflect the parameters of your machine. The user.vis file will only be necessary for camera recognition. regards sarason
