Hello Stephen, do you know what rules were followed in defining these extra quantities? This is what I am trying to achieve as well. We have the system, the setup is wrong.

The most common issue with baking parts for removing moisture too much, is oxidation of the leads. But I haven't seen that too much. I'm really curious what moisture magnets are and how they work.

we polygon teach the part and offset the pick up to a flat piece and use a 220 nozzle on a sm 471 or 481

You can "unuse" a certain component in your edit packages screen. This will skip this part during inspection.

I've always had good experiences with BTU, without fail. I've also had fairly good experiences with Heller, although they do like to slowly die on you one part at a time (blowers, SSRs, etc).
