We have purchased a similar machine from Manncorp and have had good success. It does check for empty pockets.

Teaching trays (considering you already have the package in your library) takes about 2 mins. Really comes in handy for small batches when ICs/BGAs are supplied in small strips.

Seems like this is a common theme. It was always an uphill battle with management to get them to understand small strips costs us more time which in turn costs more money. Our management never got it so we had to think of ways around it.

Hallo friends, I am looking for interface board for Tenryu MT5530. Its name is DIF3-1. If you want, I can offer servo drivers or some pneumatic feeders for change. Thank you for help.

Like SWAG said most of them are on the datasheets from the manufacturer, the hard way is to get the caliper an start measuring the component, other is the autoteach function in the machine, does your machine has that option?
