Just make sure they're in different parts of the bag before vacuum sealing. After the bag is sealed, neither will be going anywhere (unless your sealer isn't up to snuff and the bag leaks).

That is no longer an error. I guess if your reels had IDs because you were running full traceability, they wouldn't be able to do that. But those options can get quite expensive.

Check out Cogiscan or Bartector. Im sure there are others but these are the two I've heard of. They make solutions for what you are trying to do.

We use an AOI machine to check the first-off. This will pick up such errors, and if the line is stopped until the AOI operator has approved it, the problem is solved, although it would require one fix.
