It sounds like the camera needs calibrated and its not something that can be explained that easily. It will not pass if its not calibrated correctly. We use the fixed camera for many different types of fine pitch and dont 'usually' have many problems

We teach all of the fids. Globals and Locals. This is because we use a magnetic table, not a pass through conveyor. Without showing the machine the global fids, it has no idea where we've mounted the board.

Very much agree with Russ, Are your CM's doing final test and assembly? If so I would think that 95% is in the ballpark. If not, very much product dependant.
