If the tombstoning is thermal (occuring during reflow) then try slightly reducing the stencil apertures so there is less the paste on the pads, reducing the forces acting on the component. Also take a look at the cooldown profile & making it more

If the end sensor is bad it will cause the axis to past it and travel against the end stop and cause an over current also. So it kind of depends on what the machine is trying to do.

This may sound like advertasing, but I ran a DOE with five solder paste/flux manufacturers and somehow, the voids went away with the AIM solder.
