We had a camera die on one of our GSMs. I got a new camera, and it is working, but I need to either find a cal kit to rent for a day, or else if someone knows a reasonably accurate procedure to calibrate the new camera using the other upward looking

Found the main problem During messing around (hopelessly :) we had found the calibration menu and pressed "check". Machine thought that there was a calibration nozzle (maybe 10x10mm square) but in reality, there was d=1.0mm nozzle. Machine decided

If you do find your camera is bad, I think they are relatively easy to replace if you get a new one. I have done a 1.0 and 4.0 GSM camera replacements but not a PEC as of yet. If it's like the 1.0 and 2.6 and 4.0's, likely it is not tough but will

We have GSM1 running on USOS V1.4.14. Is there a way to change default light levels for PEC (down looking camera) during feeder teach? Whatever I tried, it is always set to some default level... - Dejan

I think it may be the card thats causing the problem. When both machines are set to display a live image, the faulty machine shows pink/red. When their cables are pulled out of the card the working machine shows grey/noise and the faulty machine stay
