Looks good. Have you done any work on feeding form part tubes? I have a back burner project trying to speed up the changover on our machine with the vibe feeders.

Nice effort but I think you will have serious competition from the Chinese machines with vision that are coming soon. And what's the "2 year license" nonsense? Your target market won't stand for that.

Thanks for the shot at it :) So, I discovered the "feeder teach" feature that UIC has in the software. It's fantastic...except it doesn't give the option to have the PTF deliver a part to the belt. That was mildly disappointing. In the help files

Does anyone know if theres a way to program a SOT23 or SOIC-8 with a pick and place machine on the fly? I have a pair of Mydatas if anyone know if they have the option
