Does anyone out there use the DEK FormFlex? I am looking to find out the advantages/disadvantages of using it. Also, are there any problems that you have come across with the FormFlex (pin sticking)? Does the FormFlex reduce setup time drastically? C

Dek 265 Get yourself Formflex tooling for quick changeover time. The principle being tooling pins are raised by a combination of pneumatic's and hydraulics to meet the underside of the pcb which rises to print height. No longer will u have to judge

I am planning to evaluate DEK's Formflex board support system in our plant soon. Does anyone have experiences with this? I know that the grid of pins "locks on" to a particular product after the initial setup, but am curious to know how each individu
