We are having numerous issues placing BGA and IC's on a Juki 750 using laser, the machine has been recently calibrated but we are getting twist and misplacement quite often, any ideas?

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Come to find out our Advantis machines can place up to a 25" board. Looks like we have a big board option on them. I appreciate the help.

thanks. 1. yes, i understand this requires SMT assembly. 2. For bigger components (USB and phone jack), how can these be placed automatically on PCB? The manual process will be slow.

Usually Through Hole parts are placed by inserters. Many companies(CEM - Contract electronic manufacturers) will have some of these and will provide this service for you.
