I'm looking for a SMT prototype & small series assembly machine, needs to be very accurate, no need for high speed. For assembly batch size 1 to 50 pcb's. The machine needs to be accurate and flexible, able to place chips 0402 up to BGA components.

You should also check the quality of your compressed air. If the proper filters and desiccants are not in place, you could be recontaminating your washed boards with condensed water and oil residues from the compressed air used for drying. Bill Sch

Hi BR, Are you screen printing adhesive to the bottom of the board? If so, have your stencil make put openings between the leads of the thru-hole part. SMT adhesive acts as a natural solder resist. So placing a small sliver between the pads works

If you can, put a pressure tank near the machine. It will help stabalize the air pressure, but only if the compressor is providing enough air in the first place. Throughhole PNP machines tend to take air in big gulps making the pressure go up and dow
