Has anyone run 0201 parts on mydata my9e/12e/etc series with hydra extended range head? Is it as reliable/quick as 0402? As our boards are shrinking would love to run 0201 on everything if not a headache; scared of putting myself into danger zone.

Samsung vs other manufacturers

Electronics Forum | Mon Jun 05 16:08:22 EDT 2023 | dontfeedphils

I dealt with Hanwha/Samsung machines for about a year and wasn't a huge fan. Software was always a bit half-baked in my opinion, and the support was as well. The hardware always felt very cheap to me as well. Don't get me wrong, they'll pick and p

Sounds like your talking very low volume & component counts really... I would look at Panasonic AM100 for example - low cost, high flexibility but you would need multiple so you could pair it with another... Ideally we would need to understand your

Help me to choose AOI-machine!

Yeah, I agree with you. We do the same but Wrong Text inspection is something they have told me we would remove for two years now, but they still won't let me pull the trigger on it. Mainly because our line workers still place wrong reels or mislabel

Help finding a high capacity pick and place machine

The Fuzion HC will do that many parts depending on the tape width. 8mm is dual per lane, big ones can take up a lot of lanes. Our boards have that many parts and I use two machines (gx11 and a gc30). I think the Panasonic is probably a better option
