Hello everyone. I have around 1200 ICs that needs reballing. I don't plan to tackle these ICs myself. Therefore, anyone know of any companies that have a good/quick/cheap reballing service? And can anyone give me a ballpark figure on the service

Nathan, look into a 7 or 8 zone oven. Depending on your baord size, a 5 zone may get you by. If you do plan to get larger work orders, go big on your oven now. It will pay off in the long run. Plus your window for profiling will be easier.

I'd say you build as they ask but you must have written confirmation of what they wish you to do. One thing to remember is that it's not illegal to make non rohs compliant products, it's only illegal to sell them in certain markets, your not to know
