We grease acording to PM schedule. The cable is very old about 5 years. We run 2 shifts. The transducer program and burnin test show the varance that we are seeing phisically so I can rule out the transducer. The motor may be the cause as it is of 19

Problem solved. Thru the help of MyData support we have determined that older MyDatas have a software issue with the servo drivers. A newer rev of driver will fix this problem.

Im not fimiluar with SIEMENS F5 but I believe that lead length devations translate to coplnary devations. As a lead gets bent inward or outward the coplnary changes. I dont know what the ratio is but you may be able to set tolorances for lead length
