Tomb-Stoning. What's going on here?

Got a wierd one here, 0402's tomb-stoning. Scenerio---- Double sided PCB, paste both sides, 0402 on both sides. Reflow bottom side first--- no problems. Reflow topside next----no problems with topside components, BUT, the bottom side that was ref

GEB, The parts that are tombstoning have all ready been through reflow once with no problems, so I assume the paste and the positioning was correct the first time, since they did not tombstone through the first reflow. This is very strange.

Chunks nailed it. You should not expect to see a perfect side fillet on this part, especially using no-clean, it's probably bare copper, hard to wick solder up the side of the lead.

Paste printing, acceptable tolerance ?

Having an issue with our paste inspector (human type). Were printing paste on .5mm pitch pads (MLF package). My question is - What is the acceptable print deviation (percentage) off the pad before you see problems after reflow? 0%? 1%? 10%? 25%?
