A potato is: * 80 percent water * 20 percent solids Temperature: * Water boils at ~100*C * Your solder pot ~240*C If you want to try this experiment, talk someone else into doing it while you're on break.

Several weeks ago, there were some postings about a new product for reducing dross in the wave solder pot. It was, I think, a liquid. Both for Tin/Lead and lead free solder. Anyone remember who this vendor is?

Hi AJ, I have never used the Pulsar, but have seen it. I worry about it clogging all the time. Also being "hand held" over a hot pot wories me too. Look for something automated. My $0.02 and only an opinion.

I would be leary of a "Sucking" machine and hot liquid solder. Kester makes pellets that you put on top of the pot to seperate dross from lead. Technical Devices has a solder recovery machine Cal Agilent Technologies

I would think that you could just add a pot or something to adjust current to fans for pretty cheap Russ P.S. sorry about the fan joke!, had a "good experience" with them once.

Come on guys......Guru and Shocker are the same guy and he is a troll (someone who simply wants to stir up the pot by making outrageous comments). By ignoring him...he will go away. Replying to him is like throwing gasoline on a fire.

Isn't Initech, Inc from the movie "Office Space"? I think that gets a "TM", not Bahodim. Not a start-up company, either. That movie has been around a few years.
