Yes, I agree with Evtimov. It's more about aperature reduction and type than it is the type of machine. Aspect and and Area Ratio are very important. Take a look at this page I found on the internet http://www.qualiecocircuits.co.nz/stencil-techno

I heard it works well on Chrome Rims for your car too. Swag, I'm not at all suggesting that your operators have discovered this and this is why you keep running out and have to keep ordering it :-p

I've used the Nano Protek product in the past and it is fantastic, worth every penny for those small aperatures. It's just like a wax and yes it works great on rims ;)

I believe it's mostly worn off through cleaning solvents and the slight abrasion during the under stencil cleaning process. I couldn't say whether or not it's ever in a state that would allow it to transfer to the PCB though.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I need to place the label prior to the placement machine as I need the placement machine to read the barcode of the board as it enters the machine to provide component traceability.

We had the same issue with the filament loader. We have a flash forge Pro; mounted the spool above the printer. Here is the filament. http://www.3dxtech.com/search.php?search_query=esd

we have one dot matrix printer and i would like to connect it to the TP9 machine. The parameters settings for printer is "protected" so i cannot assign the printere to the machine. How do i "unprotect" the parameter to allow me to make changes?

If you're lucky, that parameter can be unlocked using the parameters password. If you're unlucky, and it can't be changed using the password, that'll mean it's hardware protected. You'll need a new magic word from Mycronic to update it. Cheers, ..
