As the machine was working before - and as it is not connected to any network and we do not use the floppy disks, I do not think that it is related to a virus.

Not knowing XPM ovens , have zones are usually top heat and bottom, you replaced one heater panel-platten thus have a another above or below, maybe one above or below also is faulty causing heat spot on one side of oven ?

MOVFI is a theta error there are about 10 things that can cause it. Start with making sure you do not have an acceleration set to lowest while the others are at high or highest in the package data. Next look at ribbon cables...

I've heard that MyData is no longer supporting the TP's, so, getting a new motor might be a difficult proposition. If you can find the motor manuf/part number on the motor itself, you can likely find it on line somewhere...Google the p/n should do i

You wouldn't have a very good profile if you went straight from room temp to vapor temp (_-). The chamber should preheat the board before using vapor to melt the solder.

Use the hht and do a function 6.....this will tell you the version of firmware that the machine is running and then you will know which mod code list to go from. good luck
