The only problem with the Tribol is PB Free profiles. At thses temps, the Tribol smokes and stinks bad. It also has a tendancy to carbonize. I find myself having to use easy off to clean the chains.

All's well that end's well: I replaced the Dart speed controller card and the problem disappeared completely. But no harm in giving the chains and the rails a thorough scrub although they weren't the culprit in this case. Many thanks to everyone for

jdumont, We have a capacitor and an inductor that stick up approx 2.5", any problems with the spray nozzle working around tall objects? Thank you for your input.

No problem if you get the tilt head option. Also depending on the geography you can just lift the nozzle up and the spray pattern will fan out more. The software is really good, i think you'll be impressed.

Smartasp - What are your lead to hole ratios like? Dial down the flux and open up the holes, if you can. Keeping at least a 14-20 mil gap between min hole/max lead solves the hole fill problem. L

Copper dissolution is a major issue in lead-free soldering, but only when you use OSP boards. Nickel based plating eliminates the problem.
