We use MOLEX 73101-0040 (it's 90 deg.)Our products are audio and video interfaces. Right now we are inserting these connectors manually but it is very time consuming because some boards have more than 20 BNC's.... Regards, Hiram

Hi Greg! I know that machines. What I can tell you is they are for low series production( The speed is almost 1/2 of given) and not very accurate(laser system). I don't know about the price. May be that's their big advantage.

Jun, What is your RH in the SMT area? Is a different paste used on this product than on the other lines. Could your paste be absorbing humidity from the air and discharging the moisture at reflow? This will cuase what you are describing. Good Luck
