Contaniminates are always a issue. What chemicals do you use? Do you plasma clean? Are the production personnel wereing finger cots to reduce added contaminates?

As a user of UIC Advantis with NPI for a couple years now, it kicks butt for low volume high mix. In full production mode it's great for the higher volume builds as well.

I use Namics 8437-2 for micro BGA and flip chips. Will work for QFN or MLF after soldering. Flows well under gaps as thin as 0.001". Cure in 5-10 min at 150 C. Rock solid product. Is bit expensive. Is from Japan.

Vitronics moved most of their production from holland to china the beginning of this year... I'm not saying this might be the reason, but on the other hand, I just fear for the quality of their new machines and am astonished that a company with such
