we use turtle wax on a more serous note, I bet those two products are similar in the fact it you fill the ridges in the aperture walls you will get better release. They may be closer than you think.

Has anyone tried using a product thet when applied to a stencil, it facilitates the release of solder paste from the stencil, including the fine pitch openings. It makes the stencil's surface "fluxophobic". Same principle as Rain-X for windshield. A

My recollection is that RoHS limits for lead is 0.1% of the weight of any homogeneous material in the assembly.
