we also faced similar problem in fuji cp643. addition to your suggestion - mainly in program PCB thickness, component height checked & set correctly , then problem solved.

I'm throwing in with Yestech also. Nice to program, very little fuss, low maintanence, all good. I have no negatives about these machines.

I agree. If you put them back in the same place you should be fine. The way you measure/calibrate placing accuracy is by running PAM. This program determines any error in the shafts.

what programming software are you using. I switched to flexa and I got a file of part datas from the engineer, if you like I can forward them to you. aj

There are some web-based and LAN-based training programs on lead free SMT manufacturing at the Automated Learning Systems web site. These are pretty good resources. BWET

Export CCIMF files for both scenario's and have Fuji America look to see if there is an actual programming offset problem. To be exactly .3mm off seems a little odd.

Send the CCIMF files to Fuji America to review. Need to make sure that the MainMark and SubMark are the same for each machine output program/ref.des. (847) 821-2401
