THe question is - does that happen on all of your programs or just in one program? If it is just this particular board, it might be some softwaRE limit issue. If it happens on more programs it is a hardware issue and it could be one of the following:

My program PCBSynergy can generate a file for this machine. http://members.iinet.net.au/~sarason/ The file seems to have a bug in the current release which can be easily fixed in a text editor. The use of the C comment /* has somehow got past me.
