Is going to be a lot of work to do something like that, money and time, why not buy something on the market? camalot is a good brand or PVA is another brand.

We have a PVA conformal coating machine that is working good for us. you might also want to give them a try. just my 2 cents worth...not associated with PVA in any way

I purchased a PVA6000 Conformal coating machine and it did not come with full documentation. Does anyone have this machine and hopefully have the books?

Hi Amol, We use the PVA system and also conformal coat over no-clean reflow solder as well as no-clean wave. We use a Humiseal coating and thinner.
