Hi, we also use Advantis machines. Our software have a software option "Auto teach pick up position". This one is made exactly for not perfect feeders or reels. In case you have this option it could help you. you can set it for each part you want.

Hello! I think the point here to have a reliable counting system. No matter if it is given 5000 out of 5000 or 6000 out of 5000. What Jesus means is that there is a problem because the qty that the label says after the reel is counted doesn't match

Evtimov, I have yet to find any ‘good’ belt feeders. If a part is offered only in a tube we send the part out for value added tape and reel. Just make sure you specify the polarity of the part in the reel to your vendor. If that is not an option we

One thing our operators do is compare the part marking at the end of the old reel to the part marking at the beginning of the new reel. We also send the operators sheets of paper that tell what component should be at what location and this sheet also
