Precisely! Your reflow profile is what proves temperature on the pad is right. X-ray is your visual representation of the result - customers love to see that you are correct.

I have a question for the experts. After a panel is printed, how long is too long for the panel to sit prior to reflow? I understand each paste will be different, wondering if there is a general rule of thumb?

You could always take a scrap board, paste it, and let it sit out over night. Reflow it and then you should have a nice visual aid, covered in solder balls and grainy, irregularly shaped solder mounds.

Not enough solderpaste. Uneven solderpaste volume on pads. Bad quality of caps ( Metal ends), try new cap manufacturer, sound weird, huh!! but that happened to me. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback . Root cause was found that amount of solder paste printed on board is uneven. Uneven solder paste printing was Due to misalign of backup support pins in PRINTER. Problem was rectified after changing backu

Luckly u found the root cause :) Don't you use SPI or some inspection machine? To prevent the trouble can happen next time, in my opinion, U shoud have inspection tool or Stencil design change to increase amount of solder.

Auto chain oiling is a must have feature in my opinion. You can't have too many heating zones! More zones allows more finesse in your profiles.

When running a recipe can you view and edit other recipes? Or can you only look at the settings of the recipe being run?

I would go with wire thickness + 0.4 to 0.8 mm for pad width, and pre-tinned lenght + 0.5mm what seems to me like problem is that it can easily roll off the pads in reflow oven
