To be in the range of profile for a paste, doesn't mean it is ideal. Check temperature on the Side A components while running side B profile.

It depends your product application and requirement. If high level, 100ppm required, or even 2000ppm is also ok. There should have sensor detecting O2 ppm inside reflow.

I still don't see the defect, but in general, yes you can use an iron to reflow and cracked or suspect joint. You may want to add a little flux before you apply the iron.

We opened 2 separate holes at the roof. 1 for the SMT 2 reflow ovens to share; another 1 for the wave soldering.

Yes we have tried with low soak with longer reflow and high peak also low soak.. short TAL and low peak.. but were not able to eliminate the issue
