Quad IQ feeder schematics or help ?

Does anyone have schematics for the PC board inside a Quad IQ feeder? I have one that worked a few days ago, but now gives me blinking lights and doesn't move. Or, do you know what to do when it won't move? I have checked the contacts and the feeder

It has been awhile for me, but I do remember that sometimes the solder would fracture on the connector pins.

I hope you are not trying to melt the Ceramic BGA columns. these are not meant to melt. I would run a lead process at peak temp of 225 -230C with lead paste. The board warpage may be of design issue or Manufacture issue. Russ

We have a board we run screwed to a fixture. There is no warping that way. If you go for reheating the BGA's make sure there is no time for the BGA's to absorb moisture.
