I've been wondering if a reflow oven would work well for cooking pizza. Put your frozen pizza on a cookie sheet, slow your belt speed down a bit and run it through. Anyone ever tried that? :-)

A little oil on the dough, then the pizza sauce, then the toppings. Next place it in the reflow oven using a standard leaded reflow profile, might have to slow down the belt a bit. Should turn out a tasty pizza. ;-)

Incoming inspection: Look for flaws and measure position of v-score as well as depth. If v-scored on both sides of panel, make sure v-scores are in alignment. Follow the PCB thru all processes inspecting after each stage of processing, especially

Do you have the thermal profile? Once I invited my nephew to my work and saw the reflow oven and saw how it work and the first questions was : "can we make a pizza uncle?" :o) I always try to do just that even with a small amount of dough :o)

Cracked chip capacitors

Too fast heating/cooling rate in reflow (look at mfg's spec.). Z "overdrive" on pick and place or chipshooter though unlikely I would say. Depanelization method (bending a scored board to break it is tough on things). Bad PCB design - cap. too clo

Background on the PCB: Thickness: .032" Material: Standard Fr4 V-score: Leaves .016" (approx .008" cuts on either side) We are having some issues on these boards where the edges are delaminating all the way to the copper during de-panel. Now, we are
