hello to everybody, we have a really satisfactory no clean process, both smt/reflow and wave soldering, but we get troubles with defects rework; does anybody know how to eliminate flux residues or how not to produce them during rework operations? Th

What are the problems related to cleaning when using OA tacky flux to replace a PBGA. Will your standard inline cleaner be able to reach all the way under to clean all residue? BGA type is 1.27mm pitch .030 dia. ball plastic. Any info helpful! Thank

Mugen, are you sure you get all of the WS residues out from underneath the BGA with your equipment ? I think testing that will be quite difficult. Wolfgang
